The horizontal spiral sedimentation filtration integrated centrifuge utilizes the sedimentation principle to clarify and separate the suspension, and uses a filtration section to conduct secondary dehydration of the solid residue. It can perform solid-liquid separation or centrifugal dehydration for the suspension with a solid particle diameter of 0.03~10MM. Its characteristics include: continuous feeding, continuous discharging, minimal liquid phase material loss, and very dry solid phase.
After the rotating body composed of a drum and a spiral body reaches the rated rotational speeds n1 and n2, the suspension continuously enters the spiral body acceleration bucket through the feed pipe to accelerate. Due to the centrifugal force, the materials are evenly distributed in the inner cavity of the drum, and the materials with a larger specific gravity adhere to the drum wall (outer layer). The materials with a smaller specific gravity gather in the middle (inner layer), forming a two-phase or multiphase layer. At this time, The solid phase is pushed to the slotted drum for secondary centrifugal dehydration through the pushing action of the spiral blade. The solid phase is discharged from the solid phase outlet outside the machine. The separated clear liquid is discharged from the liquid phase outlet 1 (mother liquor outlet) in the settling section, and is discharged from the liquid phase outlet 2 (filter section) through the pores of the filter screen in the screen section.
